Dear Community Partners,

As the holiday season approaches, St. Stephen Housing Association is reaching out to generous individuals and businesses to help make Christmas special for the families in our Transitional Housing Program. The families we serve are working hard to rebuild their lives, establish stability, and secure permanent housing. While our program provides housing, case management, and supportive services, the holidays can be especially challenging financially. Many parents are returning to work, pursuing education, or participating in employment programs while working toward a brighter future for their children.

This Christmas, you can help bring joy, hope, and a little holiday magic to a family in need by becoming an Adopt-a-Family sponsor!

There are three ways to participate:

1. Full Family Sponsorship – Shop, Wrap & Give

Sponsor a family by shopping for Christmas gifts and wrapping them. We serve families of various sizes, so you can choose a family that best fits your budget and ability to give. Your generosity will help create a memorable Christmas morning for children and parents who are working hard to rebuild their lives.

2. Online Shopping Sponsorship – Our Elves Will Wrap!

Want to make a difference but don't have time to shop in person or wrap gifts? We've got you covered! You can shop online for a family's Christmas gifts and have them shipped directly to the St. Stephen Housing Association office. Our team of holiday elves will take care of the wrapping and make sure the gifts are ready for Christmas morning!

We'll provide information about the family you sponsor so you can choose thoughtful gifts that bring smiles to parents and children alike. It's a simple, convenient way to spread holiday cheer from the comfort of your home or office.

3. Monetary Donation – Give the Gift of Joy

If shopping for a family isn't possible this year, a monetary donation is another wonderful way to make a difference. Your contribution will allow us to purchase gifts on your behalf. Donations of any amount are appreciated, and we can combine contributions from multiple donors to sponsor a family together.

Your generosity provides more than presents under the tree. It reminds parents and children that they are valued, supported, and surrounded by a community that cares. Together, we can help make the holidays brighter and create meaningful memories for families during this important season of transition.
