We'll consider sparklers from France\, Italy\, and Washington along with a variety of production methods. Through tasting\, instruction\, and discussion\, participants will increase their understanding of and appreciation for sparkling wines.\n\n\n\nA guided tasting of 3 wines is included. Limited to 10 participants.\n\n\n\nAbout the Instructor:\n\nMatt Frazier is the proprietor of Drum Roll Wine\, a graduate of the Northwest Wine Academy\, a French Wine Scholar with highest honors\, and he holds an Advanced certification from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust. Matt's passionate about making wine more accessible and easier to enjoy for all.
