Design-Led Innovation is based on guiding principles that work for businesses in every industry and size\, followed by practices and methods that can be tailored to fit. Becoming Design Led starts with an honest assessment of your business\, from the organization\, its processes and its culture.

\nAND it doesn'\;t require the founder\, CEO or COO to be a Designer.

\nThis 3.5-hour\, hands-on interactive workshop will answer your questions such as:

\n--What does Design Led Innovation mean for different kinds of businesses\, and what principles behind Design-Thinking based Innovation do you already practice?
\n
\n--Where do you personally fit best in the innovation process\, and where can you apply that to be a leader for your team or company?
\n
\n--How quickly can you become Design Led\, and how quickly can you become innovative with your current business processes?
\n
\n--If you find talent gaps you need to fill\, what can you do in the meantime?
\n
\n--How can you run more efficient meetings\, break silos between design and development\, and improve shared mission and understanding across the company?

\nThe workshop will employ LEGO®\; SERIOUS PLAY®\; and a variety of visual facilitation techniques utiliizing Design Thinking methods and models to give you direct insight and experience as an active Design Thinker. No drawing skills or technical coding skills required!

\nMaterials are all included and participants will receive LEGO®\; SERIOUS PLAY®\; kits and visual templates they can begin to work with right after leaving the workshop and put to use the next day.
